dawn at check-in was lovely and informative, she made the process so easy. our room felt spacious, it accommodated my family comfortably. breakfast offered many choices. the staff maintained everything beautifully, clearing finished dishes promptly.
the heated towel rail was only slightly warm so the bathroom felt cold.

The breakfast was good. It set me up for the day.
I found the room and corridor cold upon arrival. There were no instructions for the heating system. The bathroom felt freezing. The floor was so cold it made my feet hurt!

i found the staff very attentive and they seemed happy to help everyone. the rooms were super clean and quite comfortable. the hotel offered a dinner option and a full breakfast each morning. i was pleased with the cleanliness and modern look.
the room felt a bit far from reception and it was hard for me to find my way there due to a knee problem.

the room was modern and clean. breakfast was great, and i found food and drink i could have despite my allergies.
The tesla chargers weren't working. I found this disappointing. the chai latte was also undrinkable, tasting bitter even after adding sugar.

I found the staff very friendly. The rooms were clean. Tea and coffee were available. I had dinner, and there was a great choice on the menus. Breakfast was self-service. I found there was a wide selection of food, and the bar was well-stocked with sky news in the seating area.
The WiFi connection was quite poor. I needed a stable connection, and unfortunately, it was a little unreliable at times.
